This project began as an investment property with untapped potential. Our client brought us in to reimagine the home from the ground up, starting with a full interior overhaul. We replaced all flooring and trim, updated every light fixture, refreshed all bathroom cabinetry, and repainted the walls and ceilings to create a clean, cohesive foundation throughout.

 

The most dramatic transformation took place in the lower level, which was completely gutted to allow for new wiring, plumbing, and framing. This structural rebuild not only modernized the home’s systems but also significantly expanded its livable space—ultimately doubling the square footage.

 

Originally a neglected tract home, the property required thoughtful intervention and a clear design vision. Through careful material selection and intentional detailing, we transformed it into a fresh, inviting space with elevated, designer finishes. Once construction was complete, the home was fully furnished and staged to reflect its new identity—warm, functional, and move-in ready for its future owners.
